    • Reporting to the Beverage Manager, the Assistant Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of the F&B Department within the Casino.
    • Experienced in restaurant or hospitality leadership.
    • Competitive Compensation: $50,000–$60,000 per year (based on experience).
    • Experience leading a high-volume, full-service restaurant operation.
    • Lead daily restaurant, lounge, bar, and seasonal patio operations.
    • We are committed to the highest safety and sanitation practices, including ensuring team member wellness and maintaining clean restaurant.
    • Participate in the daily management and operations of the restaurant, actively working towards established objectives, while using an active, hands-on approach.
    • Coordonner l’entretien du restaurant et assurer le suivi des équipements afin d’offrir un environnement impeccable.
    • Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
    • 36.00 hourly / 30.00 to 40 hours per week.
    • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles.
    • Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring smooth and efficient service.
