Financial Management: Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food and labor costs to meet budget targets.

Health & Safety: Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Menu Collaboration: Work closely with the [Head Chef/General Manager] to implement new menu items, daily specials, and recipe standardization.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.

Technical Skills: Strong culinary skills with a deep understanding of inventory management, food costing, and labor scheduling.

Certifications: Food Safety Manager certification (e.g., ServSafe) is highly preferred.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Flexibility: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
