Full job description

Enoteca Sociale is currently searching for a restaurant manager. The restaurant manager will be responsible for helping the restaurant meet service goals and sales standards, while continually exceeding guest expectations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Confidently and politely address elevated customer queries
  • Maintain good customer and public relations with guests, vendors, and suppliers
  • Oversee restaurant opening and closing procedures, including completion of opening and closing checklists
  • Conduct recruitment and training of FOH staff
  • Responsible for inventory, purchase orders and placing orders for all liquor, beer and small ware

Items Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead a team and be a motivational team player
  • Preferred 3 - 5 years experience in the hospitality industry
  • Smart Serve Certification required
  • Knowledgeable and passionate about Italian cuisine
  • Ability to work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
