We are looking for a Head Chef at Liberty Kitchen Saskatoon. We are a neighbourhood restaurant celebrating the art of bringing people together over timeless food and great company. Liberty Kitchen Lawson Heights is looking for a motivated restaurant and culinary professional, ready to join our team of restaurateurs as a Kitchen Manager. Role/Responsibilities:

Take over the day-to-day kitchen operation (after extensive training) which will include:

Execute food to our exact specifications and presentation, within our timing standards

Hire the right staff to take us where we want to go

Continual Training, development and motivating our quality employees

Coach and follow proper food safety, health and sanitisation and cleaning practices

Continuously learn, observe and maintain Browns Socialhouse systems and operations

Oversee inventory, prep inventory, and ordering levels

Supervise menu rollouts and product updates, including training and quality control

Encourage teamwork and communication with all staff in our Socialhouse

Delegate, coach and share responsibilities to ensure smooth operations daily.

Manage food, labour, and other kitchen-related costs within our allocated KPI range

Meet budget targets with oversight and detailed food cost analysis

Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager and/or Regional Ops Managers

Requirements:

Your compensation package includes:

Total job compensation ( base / bonus / other ) is 70k +

Sunday – Monday off
