Our A&W location in Moosomin, Saskatchewan is now hiring for a General Manager position!

Job Requirements:

  • Full Time: 40 Hours/Week
  • Open availability
  • Languages: English
  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Work site environment: Noisy, Odours, Wet/damp, Hot
  • Work setting: Fast food outlet or concession, Restaurant
  • Personal suitability: Dependability, Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Excellent written communication, Organized, Team player
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Point of sale system, Spreadsheet
  • Tasks: Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations, Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms, Conduct performance reviews, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, Develop, implement and analyze budgets, Participate in marketing plans and implementation, Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance, Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Recruit, train and supervise staff
