TreowGroup Recruitment, on behalf of our Luxury Hotel client located in Stratford, ON, is hiring for a Food and Beverage Manager.

The F&B Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, lounge, room service, banquets, and kitchen. This is an opportunity for a hospitality leader who thrives on the floor, enjoys building strong teams, and is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.

Working closely with the Executive Chef and General Manager, you'll oversee daily operations while helping drive service excellence, guest satisfaction, and business growth.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the daily operation of the restaurant, lounge, room service, banquets, and kitchen
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the front-of-house team while maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff
  • Partner with the Executive Chef to deliver outstanding food and beverage experiences
  • Manage labour, inventory, food and beverage costs, and departmental budgets
  • Develop promotions, menus, wine lists, and marketing initiatives to grow revenue
  • Handle guest concerns professionally and create memorable guest experiences
  • Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met
  • Support banquet and special event operations as required

What We're Looking For
  • Experience leading food and beverage operations in a hotel, resort, upscale restaurant, or hospitality environment
  • A hands-on leadership style with a strong presence on the floor
  • Passion for guest service and developing high-performing teams
  • Experience with scheduling, inventory management, labour costing, and food & beverage cost control
  • Knowledge of food, wine, menu development, and restaurant service standards
  • Experience with POS and reservation systems
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
