KITCHEN MANAGER

Kitchen Manager at St. Louis Bar & Grill

country, we’ve kept our commitment of creating a Devilishly Good atmosphere with our famous wings,

What You’ll Do:

As the Kitchen Manager you will lead all aspects of the kitchen with the goal of delivering great food,

minimizing waste, and running a profitable business. You must be an advocate of our mission,

participate in and support our vision, and live and breathe our values. This role is fully accountable for

cost of goods, people, equipment, safety, cleanliness, and excellent food execution.

communication and leadership skills that can be built upon.

What You Bring:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of food production, sanitization, food cost controls and

presentation.

  • Proven understanding and success managing food and labour costs.

  • Exceptional communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to ensure and train consistency, quality, and plate presentation.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • A strong knowledge of HACCP food safety standard and ensure compliance.
  • 3 years of kitchen experience, with some supervisory duties.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Oversee a production kitchen, including purchasing, receiving, and preparing all food products in

a timely manner, according to established recipes and procedures.

  • Ensure unwavering highest standards for food quality.
  • Order and maintain inventory of all food products.
  • Interpret and report cost of goods and labour actuals versus budget.
  • Ensure that all systems are followed and completed daily within the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean kitchen by assigning cleaning duties.
  • Build a schedule for the kitchen staff while adhering to the allotted budget.
  • Oversee the complete training of all new hires.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
