Full job description

Responsabilités :

  • Superviser les opérations quotidiennes du restaurant (salle, cuisine, bar)
  • Gérer, former et encadrer le personnel (horaires, évaluations, gestion des conflits)
  • Assurer un service à la clientèle de haute qualité
  • Gérer les inventaires, commandes et relations avec les fournisseurs
  • Optimiser les ventes et la rentabilité
  • Veiller au respect des normes d’hygiène, de sécurité et de qualité
  • Participer à l’élaboration de stratégies promotionnelles et d’événements spéciaux
  • Collaborer avec les propriétaires sur les objectifs à court et long terme

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de restaurant (2 ans minimum)
  • Excellentes aptitudes en leadership, communication et gestion d’équipe
  • Sens de l’organisation, autonomie et rigueur
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression et à résoudre les imprévus rapidement
  • Connaissance des règles de salubrité alimentaire (certificat MAPAQ un atout)
  • Maitrise du français (anglais un atout)
