Description

We're going to assume if you're looking at this you reckon you can do the job... so we are going to keep things simple!

Looking for a talented leader in hospitality to complement our team - responsible for supporting the General Manager and heading up the Service Department... ensuring that we exceed expectations of our guests and providing coaching and leadership to our team of hourly employees.

Due to our volume, the position would be ideal for a rising star in the industry to take their career up a level, or might suit someone from a smaller, independent background that has General Manager experience. Above all else you need to share in our values.

What you get in return:

  • Salary $48k - $58k
  • We don’t believe in the dreaded 9 ‘til close and admin is at a minimum, just spend time on the line and lead from the front.
