Kitchen Manager
Description

We are on a mission to take The Pint to another level. Great food, great people, and genuine hospitality. We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and help drive the next chapter of our growth.

What You'll Be Responsible For...
- Leading, coaching, and developing the kitchen team
- Managing food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
- Scheduling and labour management
- Inventory control, ordering, and food cost management
- Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Supporting menu development and seasonal features
- Working closely with the management team to drive sales and profitability
- Creating a positive, professional kitchen culture

- Previous Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen leadership experience
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, and labour control
- Proven leadership and team development skills
