We are currently seeking a Manager to fill an existing vacancy at our Shake Shack London location. As a leader, the Manager oversees day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional food quality, hospitality, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards. The Manager supports sales, profitability, and guest experience goals by leading shifts, communicating priorities, and adapting to changing business needs. Through hands-on coaching and clear communication, they inspire their team, uphold Shake Shack’s brand standards, and foster a positive, inclusive, and efficient workplace.

Job Description:

• Supervise day-to-day operations to maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety while upholding Shake Shack brand standards, including food quality, hospitality and restaurant cleanliness.
• Manage the team to execute strategic action plans to achieve sales, profitability and guest experience KPIs.
• Communicate shift goals and positioning assignments to the team to optimize productivity and throughput.
• Actively manage shifts to respond to changing business and traffic needs.
• Coach and hold team members accountable for upholding Shake Shack standards while maintaining a positive work environment.
• Use online systems to maintain shift reporting, keep logs, track inventory and optimize production.
• Lead by example by fulfilling all Shake Shack operational standards.

• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate individuals and teams.
• Ability to manage daily operations and adapt to changing business needs.
• Commitment to maintaining food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Proven leadership or management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant or quick-service restaurant environment.
