Service Manager — Full-Time

The Camino Group, which includes El Camino, Giulia, Datsun, and Riviera is looking for a Service Manager to join our team. A person who is passionate about hospitality, leadership and who leads by example — someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports both guests and staff with confidence, and balances hands-on service with administrative precision.

What the Role Involves

Leadership & Service

  • Work 4–5 serving shifts per week, leading by example and setting the tone for consistency, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
  • Take 1–2 closing shifts each week, ensuring smooth service, team communication, and strong end-of-day execution. MOD shifts when necessary.
  • Work closely with the Chef, Director, and Assistant Director to keep daily operations running efficiently and aligned.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and disciplinary processes as needed.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and motivated team culture.

Administrative Duties

  • Create and manage weekly staff schedules, balancing business needs with labor goals.
  • Complete cash-outs, tip-outs, and invoicing accurately and on time.
  • Maintain organized records and assist with ordering or other administrative follow-ups.
  • Use internal management systems (Push, VT, Dext, etc.) to stay on top of scheduling and invoicing.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or senior service position.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable in a busy, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Available for evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
