  • Coordinate with culinary, housekeeping, maintenance, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise banquet and event service staff.
  • Manage staffing levels, timesheets, payroll, and labour scheduling.
  • Oversee banquet setups, service execution, and event breakdowns.
  • Ensure food and beverage service standards are consistently maintained.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve operational issues professionally and efficiently.
  • Conduct post-event reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • A calm and confident problem-solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Someone who takes pride in attention to detail and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banquet operations, food and beverage management, event management, or a hospitality leadership role.
  • Proven experience leading and supervising hospitality teams while coordinating and executing weddings, conferences, banquets, or other group events.
  • Strong food and beverage operational knowledge, including banquet service, staffing, scheduling, payroll administration, and labour management.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
