At Denham Hospitality, our mission is simple: Our Business is Hospitality!

Guided by our values of Family, Innovation, Integrity, and Legendary Service, we encourage team members to bring their ideas forward, do the right thing even when no one is watching, and create moments that guests will remember long after their stay.

About the Role

The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the leadership and performance of all food and beverage operations, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, and catering activities.

Success in this role means:

  • Building and developing high-performing teams
  • Delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Driving revenue growth and profitability
  • Managing food, beverage, and labour costs
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Creating systems that support long-term success

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a leader who:

  • Acts like an owner
  • Leads through people, not position
  • Uses data to make decisions
  • Builds culture and accountability
  • Communicates clearly and effectively
  • Has a passion for hospitality and developing others

Why Join Us?

  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact
  • Strong focus on leadership development

  • A culture built on people, performance, and purpose

If you're ready to build strong teams, create exceptional guest experiences, and help lead a growing hospitality organization, we'd love to hear from you.

Join Denham Hospitality Group.

Help us create passionate advocates and champions.

This version is much more LinkedIn-friendly—about half the length, while still selling the mission, culture, leadership opportunity, growth potential, and purpose of the role.
