Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the food industry, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly while delivering exceptional service to our guests. This role requires a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and hospitality, as well as the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of food safety.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
  • Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
