Role Description

This position bridges business operations, hospitality, technology, and AI tools. Focusing on identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance guest experience, and support decision making across hotels, restaurants, and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI across all business functions.
  • Evaluate AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and Perplexity.
  • Conduct competitive intelligence and market research within hospitality and real estate.
  • Develop AI workflows that automate repetitive tasks and improve productivity.
  • Improve guest experience through data analysis and technology innovation.
  • Develop policies and employee training programs.
  • Partner with department leaders to implement new technologies.
  • Measure ROI, efficiency gains, and operational improvements.
  • Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend practical applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in a related field an asset
  • 2+ years experience in a similar mid to senior level role
  • AI implementation and prompt engineering experience
  • Business analysis and process improvement
  • Project and change management
  • Data analytics and systems integration
