Work schedule Tuesday to Sunday 3:00pm to 9pm

```Duties```

- Daily Mise en place

- Prepare Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in menu preparation
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking ingredients

```Experience```
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Working knowledge of food preparation techniques and Japanese cuisine
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
