Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality of food production, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This position requires a strong background in culinary arts, excellent leadership abilities, and a commitment to food safety and quality standards.

Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development.
