KOCHI Japanese BBQ and Beer is looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our team, manage daily operations, and elevate our premium guest dining experience.

  • Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional table service and guest care.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and strictly control labour and food costs.
  • Safety & Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with local food safety, health standards, and proper equipment operation.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest feedback promptly to maintain high review standards and enhance the dining atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • Experience: at least 2 years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, clear communication, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Passion: Genuine dedication to guest service, hospitality, and energetic team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
