Bings Spruce Grove is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Cook and experienced STIRFRY cook to join our dynamic team.

This role requires experience with wok, grill, deep fryer, scratch cooking .

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, maintaining high standards of food safety, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations. Prior restaurant or kitchen experience is a must, with a focus on food handling, food safety, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook a stirfries, wontons, according to recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
  • Ensure all food handling practices comply with safety regulations and hygiene standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area throughout shifts
  • Serve food to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Support the team during busy hours by managing multiple tasks efficiently
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold a safe working environment
  • Contribute to the overall positive dining experience for guests through excellent service

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in meal preparation and food industry operations is a plus
  • Strong understanding of serving protocols and customer service excellence
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Passion for culinary arts and commitment to high-quality food presentation

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
