Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting delicious meals that delight our guests. Your energy and culinary skills will ensure smooth kitchen operations, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to an exceptional dining atmosphere. Responsibilities

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
  • Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet service expectations during busy periods
  • Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service

Requirements

  • Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is advantageous but not required
  • Proven restaurant or kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking
  • Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
  • Experience in fine dining or catering environments is a plus
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward serving guests
