Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. As the Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality food preparation.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and uphold food safety standards in accordance with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role or similar supervisory position within the restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
