Culinary Team Members – All Kitchen Positions

Shark Club Sports Bar & Grill | Full-time and part-time opportunities

Shark Club is looking for energetic people to join our culinary team. We’re hiring across the kitchen, from dishwashers and prep cooks to line cooks and experienced culinary leaders. Whether you’re building your skills or bringing years of restaurant experience, you’ll be part of a team that takes pride in great food, strong communication, and memorable guest experiences.

Our fast-paced kitchen serves a menu of globally inspired dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You’ll work alongside teammates who support one another through busy services and care about getting every plate right.

What you’ll do

  • Prepare and cook menu items to Shark Club’s quality, portion, and plating standards
  • Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service
  • Follow food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures
  • Communicate clearly and support teammates across kitchen stations
  • Help maintain quality and consistency during high-volume service
  • Contribute to a positive, respectful kitchen environment

What you bring

  • A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
  • The ability to stay focused and work well with others in a busy kitchen
  • Basic food preparation and food safety knowledge, or an eagerness to learn
  • Availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays

Restaurant experience is an asset, but it isn’t required for every position. Responsibilities and experience requirements will vary by role.
