Full job description

Full-Time Restaurant & Guest Experience Manager

Responsible for Front of House Duties Including:

This position will focus primarily on managing servers and ensuring every guest has a positive and unique dining experience at La Reina.

Additional Managerial Duties will include

Encouraging servers and bartenders to learn and improve

Identifying problems and working towards solutions

Employee Training

Maintaining Inventory Counts Regularly (& Monthly)

Handling employee disputes and resolving the issue

Restaurant Closing Duties

Other Tasks to be identified

Requirements:

- Must have effective interpersonal skills

- Flexibility in work schedule

- Must be available for weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

- Positive Attitude towards team members

- Be able to work in a fast pace environment/make decisions on the fly

- Be able to stand majority of your shift

- Great customer service skills

We aim to hire prior to April 1st.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
