Pizza Store Cook and Supervisor – Full Time (35–40 hrs/week)

Toronto, ON | From $18/hr + Tips

We are looking for a long-term, committed Chef or Pizza Supervisor who wants to grow within our organization and is ready to work hard, lead by example, and help build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily pizza store operations and maintain all company standards.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service.
  • Manage cash handling, shift reports, and opening/closing duties.
  • Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and health/safety standards at all times.
  • Manage orders, prep, and inventory to support smooth, efficient service.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members for long-term success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communicator with leadership qualities.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and committed to long-term growth.
  • Experience in food service or pizza operations is an asset.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of cleanliness, food safety, and customer service best practices.
