Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical and administrative skills, with experience in customer service, and data entry. This role involves managing front desk responsibilities, handling multi-line phone systems, and ensuring smooth office workflows. Familiarity with SAGE 50 is a plus. The Office Administrator will be a key point of contact for clients and staff, providing exceptional customer support and maintaining efficient office processes.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Handle filing, document proofreading, and organization of office files to ensure easy retrieval and compliance
  • Provide customer service support
  • Support bookkeeping activities such as invoicing and expense tracking using SAGE or similar software
  • Ensure adherence to office policies and procedures while maintaining a professional appearance at all times

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and SAGE
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong phone etiquette and communication abilities
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, proofreading, and document management
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including multi-line phone systems and client interactions
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in typing and record keeping
  • Prior experience in Accounting/SAGE is a plus
  • Reliable work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have own transportation
  • Must be bondable and have a clean criminal record

Pay: $19.00 per hour
