Full job description

Sushi Chef / Sushi Master

We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef (Sushi Master) to join our team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sushi Chef / Sushi Master
  • Strong skills in preparing all sushi ingredients and prep (fish cutting, rice preparation, sauces)
  • Ability to roll sushi (maki, rolls, sets, etc.) quickly and with consistent quality
  • Experience working in Eastern European cuisine environments (e.g. Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus) is a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of Ukrainian or Russian language is preferred
  • Attention to detail, cleanliness, and high standards of food quality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team-oriented mindset and responsibility

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep before service
  • Roll sushi according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
