Full job description

Steamworks Brewpub is looking for experienced, guest-focused Hosts to join our team for an exciting seasonal contract opportunity. This contract position starts ASAP and runs through December 31st, 2026.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, enjoy creating memorable guest experiences, and have a passion for hospitality and craft beer, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
  • Manage guest seating and help coordinate restaurant flow
  • Present menus and answer questions about food and beverage offerings
  • Provide guests with a positive first impression of the Brewpub
  • Support the front-of-house team as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous host or hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, energetic, and guest-focused attitude
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask in a busy environment
  • Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to think on your feet and work well under pressure
  • A dependable team player with a solid work ethic
