Full job description

Job Duties

  • Clean and certify restaurant kitchen exhaust hood systems by power washing.
  • Clean roof top exhaust fans and surrounding areas.
  • Install auxiliary items including access panels, hinge kits and grease containment systems.
  • Maintain company equipment and service vehicles.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while proudly representing Halton.
  • Maintain kitchen grease exhaust systems by removing the fuel that may create kitchen fires.

Qualifications

  • Previous technical experience / field service experience (electrical and mechanical).
  • Working knowledge / experience with restaurant kitchen hood cleaning.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and a clean driving record to drive company vehicles to job sites.
  • Must have access to a vehicle for commuting to and from work locations.
  • Ability to work a varying schedule including late evening and early morning hours.
  • Ability to access and tolerate small crawl spaces and work in high places.
  • Knowledge of electrical codes and building codes is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem solving and resolution skills required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
