Garrick's Head Pub and The Churchill Draught House are looking for a Full-Time Line Cook to join our growing culinary team.

With a new Head Chef, a newly renovated kitchen, and plans for an exciting menu refresh, this is an opportunity to be part of building something special. We are assembling a small, tight-knit team of passionate cooks who take pride in their craft, support one another, and want to contribute to the future of two iconic Victoria establishments.

Operating under one kitchen, Garrick's Head and The Churchill offer a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and teamwork. As one of British Columbia's oldest licensed establishments, we are committed to respecting our history while continuing to evolve and improve.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous line cooking experience in a busy restaurant environment
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and consistently under pressure
  • Team-first mentality with strong communication skills
  • Flexible availability
  • Food Safe certification considered an asset

Availability Requirements

This is a full-time position.

We are ideally looking for someone with availability seven days a week, with Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday being the highest-priority shifts.

Candidates should be flexible to work:

  • Day shifts starting as early as 10:00 AM
  • Evening shifts starting around 3:00 PM
  • Weekends and holidays as required
