Overview

We are seeking motivated and experienced Line Cooks and Kitchen Leaders to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality food and exceptional service to our guests. Ideal candidates will have a passion for cooking, food preparation, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety. Whether you are an experienced cook or looking to advance into leadership, this position offers opportunities for growth within a fast-paced restaurant environment. Applicants should possess strong skills in food handling, meal preparation, and kitchen operations, with a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling procedures
  • Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards at all times
  • Support other team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations
  • Lead by example in adhering to restaurant policies and promoting a positive work environment
  • Manage inventory levels and communicate supply needs to ensure uninterrupted service
  • Assist with training new staff members on food preparation and safety protocols

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant kitchens is preferred, especially in roles involving cooking or meal preparation
  • Knowledge of food handling regulations and safety standards is highly desirable
  • Experience with food industry equipment, such as ovens, grills, fryers, and prep stations, is beneficial
  • Proven ability to serve guests efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Prior leadership experience or supervisory roles in a kitchen setting are a plus but not required for entry-level positions
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, including meal prep, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
