Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and experienced <PERSON> to join our team in a full-time or contract capacity. In this role, you will oversee food preparation, manage kitchen operations, and lead a team to deliver outstanding food service. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a deep understanding of food safety and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient food preparation and cooking according to established recipes and standards.
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging teamwork.
  • Oversee food handling procedures, maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate food service operations, including serving guests and managing food presentation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support food industry best practices by implementing quality control measures and maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
  • Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering supplies, and reporting shortages or issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety protocols while maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout service.

Requirements
