Hilton Garden Inn Ajax – Now Hiring: Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor

Hilton Garden Inn Ajax is looking for a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee restaurant operations, manage events, and ensure exceptional service in both our restaurant and banquet spaces. This leadership role offers a competitive salary of $49000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the Food & Beverage team in daily restaurant and banquet operations.
  • Ensure high-quality service in line with Hilton Brand Standards.
  • Oversee restaurant functions, staff performance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage events and banquets, coordinating setup and execution.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, and cost management.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
  • Address guest inquiries and service concerns professionally.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant and event management.
  • Smart Serve certification is required.
  • Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
