Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Master Griller/Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with a focus on delivering high-quality grilled dishes. This role involves preparing, cooking, and serving delicious meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the highest standards of food handling and safety protocols.

Duties

  • Prepare and cook a variety of grilled dishes according to established recipes and standards
  • Oversee the food preparation process to ensure quality and consistency
  • Serve food efficiently to customers while maintaining excellent customer service
  • Manage food handling procedures to adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
  • Assist in meal preparation for large orders during busy hours
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and grilling stations, including proper storage of ingredients
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies or ingredients
