Full job description

Beach Street Station is looking for a motivated and reliable Food Prep Manager to join our team immediately.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in organization and consistency, and wants a flexible schedule with full-time hours available.

What You'll Do

  • Manage daily food preparation for restaurant operations
  • Ensure prep lists are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency
  • Organize and manage prep inventory
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Work independently while coordinating directly with the Chef
  • Help ensure the kitchen is set up for success each day
