FULL-TIME LINE COOK WANTED — COME LEARN THE WAYS OF THE ‘QUE

Do you have a passion for barbecue? Want to learn how to slice brisket, pull pork, and master the pit from a team that lives and breathes smoke, fire, and flavor? Join the crew at Hank Daddy’s Barbecue!

We're a family-owned, Kansas City-style barbecue restaurant located in Vaughan, known for slow-smoked meats, southern hospitality, and a team-first kitchen. We're looking for a full-time line cook to grow with us as we expand our operations.

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare meats, sides, and sauces according to our trusted recipes and kitchen procedures
  • Help maintain proper prep levels and stock rotation
  • Keep your station organized, clean, and ready for action
  • Work efficiently in a high-energy kitchen where communication and teamwork matter

Who We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of kitchen experience (preferably in a fast-paced or scratch kitchen)
  • Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (required)
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a love of BBQ culture
  • Someone who shows up ready to work hard and have fun doing it
