Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and ensure a pleasant waiting experience
• Coordinate with waitstaff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold La Roca’s standards of service and hospitality

Requirements:

• Possess a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently
• Availability to work weekends
• Knowledge of fine dining and wine is an asset
• Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a similar role

Additional Information:

• Only candidates selected for an interview will be contacted
• Working hours: 4 PM to 10 PM, providing a late start and early finish
• Restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
