Full job description

Le rôle de suiteur en restauration, aussi appelé commis de suite ou runner, consiste à assister le personnel de salle en servant les plats de la cuisine aux bonnes tables, en débarrassant les assiettes, et en effectuant diverses tâches d'aide pour le service, comme la préparation de la salle et l'entretien des verres et couverts. C'est un poste clé qui assure le lien entre la cuisine et la salle à manger pour un service rapide et efficace.
