Summary

We are seeking a Fine Dining Line Cook to join our talented culinary team at Prime Steak & Raw Bar, located in the greater area. This role is essential in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences through high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in menu planning and development of new dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Participate in training new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and safety practices.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a line cook in a fine dining establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail.
