Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, such as meat draws, billards, card games, sports viewing, karaoke, trivia, meal nights, ceremonies, fundraisers and commuinty gatherings) to ensure seamless experiences for our members and guests. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with a background in hospitality highly advantageous. As an Events Coordinator, you will be the key point of contact for event planning and coordination, ensuring all details are managed efficiently from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with vendors and manage volunteers
  • Maintain and advertise on social media and other channels
  • Manage event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects adhere to safety and quality standards
