Location: Sauble Beach, Ontario (3 hours north of Toronto)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cooks to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
  • Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and cooking equipment.
  • Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food handling.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Help with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and stocking supplies.
  • Participate in menu planning and development as needed.
  • Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully before serving.

Requirements

  • Must have previous grill, sauté, pizza or line cook experience.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
  • We are a no drama, professional kitchen.

Room rentals available for $800 a room. Room rental is walking distance to beach, grocery store, LCBO and restaurants.
