Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Sandwich Maker / Prep Cook, where your enthusiasm and culinary skills will help create delicious, high-quality sandwiches and meals for our customers. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing fresh ingredients, assembling sandwiches with precision, and ensuring every plate meets our standards for taste and presentation. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meats, cheeses, and condiments to ensure freshness and quality for sandwich assembly.
  • Assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications or standard recipes, maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
  • Handle food with care, following proper food safety and sanitation procedures to prevent contamination.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks including chopping, slicing, and portioning ingredients efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Support the kitchen team by organizing supplies and restocking ingredients as needed during busy hours.
  • Follow all food handling regulations and safety protocols to ensure a safe dining experience for every customer.

Skills

  • Previous food service experience or restaurant background is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal assembly processes.
  • Experience with cooking methods relevant to sandwich making and basic kitchen tasks.
