What You’ll Be Doing

As a Warehouse Order Selector at our Kitchener location, you will help ensure that our customers receive the correct products safely, accurately, and on time. You will work closely with other warehouse team members, internal departments, carriers, and customers to support efficient daily operations and provide superior service.

Here’s what your days might look like:

  • Accurately select and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
  • Use inventory-scanning technology and SAP to process products and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Handle products safely and efficiently to prevent damage, errors, and unnecessary financial loss.
  • Verify product quantities and order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with maintaining an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse employees at other branches and related companies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments, carriers, and customers.
  • Adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and operational requirements.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established accuracy, safety, productivity, and service standards.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to reduce costs and improve warehouse efficiency.
  • Complete deliveries or other driving responsibilities when required.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the warehouse and overall business needs.

Who You Are

You are dependable, organized, and committed to doing the job safely and accurately. You work well as part of a team, take pride in providing excellent service, and remain focused when priorities or deadlines change.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Previous warehouse, order-selection, inventory, or distribution experience.
  • Experience using inventory-scanning technology, preferably within SAP.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple and changing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
  • A safety-first approach to handling products and completing warehouse duties.
  • The ability to maintain consistent service, accuracy, and productivity standards.
  • A valid Ontario full G driver’s licence for occasional driving or delivery responsibilities.
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to service excellence, teamwork, continuous improvement, and an inclusive family spirit.
