Mad Mexican is looking for enthusiastic, food-loving Brand Ambassadors to represent our brand primarily at in-store demos, with occasional Farmers Market events, across the GTA, Hamilton, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding areas. This role is key to creating memorable customer experiences and building meaningful connections with our community.

About the Role

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Mad Mexican mainly at in-store demo events, with occasional Farmers Market appearances; engaging customers, sharing our brand story, and gathering insights that help improve our products and market strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Represent Mad Mexican primarily at in-store demo events, with occasional Farmers Market appearances, meeting sales goals and engaging customers
  • Use QR codes and surveys to gather customer feedback and market insights
  • Accurately record daily sales and complete required event reports
  • Set up, dismantle, pack, and transport demo equipment (20–50 lbs)
  • Conduct inventory checks of products and equipment at events

What You Will Bring

  • Ability to reliably commute to event locations across the GTA, Hamilton, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding areas (required)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Full availability for weekend shifts
  • Access to a cellular device with internet for on-site communication
  • Spanish language ability (preferred, not required)
  • Previous demo experience (preferred, not required)

Schedule & Compensation

  • Compensation: $21.00 per hour (in-store demos) / $19.00 per hour (Farmers Markets)
  • Hours: Up to 20 hours per week
  • Shifts: Primarily in-store demos (weekends), with occasional weekend Farmers Market events
  • Job Type: Part-Time, In-Person, Seasonal
  • Location: Varies by event: GTA, Hamilton, Brampton, Oakville, and surrounding areas
