Russell Hendrix Foodservice Equipment is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our Mississauga-based sales team. This is a role for someone who thrives on high-volume outreach, enjoys building relationships over the phone, and is energized by the pursuit of new business. You'll be working in a high-energy, fully onsite sales environment alongside a team that is focused, collaborative, and driven to win together. What You'll Do

  • Identify and engage potential customers who are inactive or have never purchased from Russell Hendrix
  • Utilize phone and email outreach to build relationships and convert prospects into active customers on our e-commerce platform
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
  • Actively pursue sales opportunities by contacting new leads and following up on prospects generated through lead generation forms
  • Pass on leads to the Outside Sales team for in-person follow-up where appropriate
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs including outbound call volume, email engagement, and revenue targets
  • Monitor customer e-commerce orders and abandoned carts, reaching out to encourage completion of purchases and upsell where appropriate
  • Engage customers with multiple e-commerce orders through personalized outreach, recognizing their loyalty and exploring further business opportunities
  • Promptly respond to and follow up on customer requests and inquiries, providing expert advice and solutions regarding products and services
  • Maintain a robust and organized sales pipeline using Zoho CRM to track progress and ensure timely follow-up
  • Utilize existing sales funnels and create new opportunities through proactive research and networking
  • Collaborate with the Business Resource Sales Manager to forecast sales trends and set future targets
  • Participate in strategy sessions to enhance sales practices and promote business growth
  • Communicate Russell Hendrix's unique value proposition, industry expertise, and customer-centric culture during all interactions
  • Perform other related duties as required

This is a full-time, onsite role based at our Mississauga, Ontario office. You'll be part of an engaging, high-energy sales culture where the whole team works together in person every day.

What You Bring

Education and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a high-volume outbound sales or account management role
  • Experience in distribution, beverage, foodservice, or another relationship-driven sales environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets and KPIs
  • High school diploma required; college diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade effectively over the phone and by email
  • Highly self-motivated and persistent, with a proactive approach to outreach and follow-up
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with discipline and focus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and comfortable learning new platforms quickly
  • Experience with Zoho CRM is considered an asset
  • Analytical and data-informed, with the ability to use sales statistics to guide activity and decision-making
  • Customer-focused with a genuine interest in understanding client needs and delivering solutions
