Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable individual to join our team in as a <PERSON>. This role involves providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic environment, ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, hospitality, or related fields, with strong communication skills and a passion for creating positive guest experiences. Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to meet health and safety standards.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Handle food with proper food safety procedures, including food handling and storage.
  • Assist in setting up dining areas, including table arrangements and cleaning before and after service.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries or concerns, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or restocking supplies as needed.
  • Uphold hospitality standards by providing friendly, attentive service to all guests.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environments is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling safety protocols.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends or evenings if required.
  • A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
