Social Media Content Creator

(Hospitality Group – Restaurants, Bar & Event Venue)

Overview

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and hospitality-savvy Social Media Content Creator to create content five distinct properties: three restaurants, one bar, and one event venue.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how food, drink, people, and atmosphere come together online and knows how to translate in-venue energy into engaging, on-brand content.

You’ll be responsible for content creation and performance tracking across all properties, while adapting tone and visuals for each unique brand.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Publishing

  • Create and publish social content across Instagram, Facebook & TikTok
  • Capture in-venue content including food, cocktails, events, staff moments, and guest experiences (photo + short-form video

Brand Management

  • Maintain consistent brand standards while tailoring tone and content per venue (restaurant vs bar vs event space)
  • Collaborate with management, marketing, and events teams to create content that promotes menus, events, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives
  • Ensure promotions, event listings, and key business priorities are reflected accurately online on social media channels.
  • Flag customer feedback, trends, or issues to the marketing manager.

Campaigns & Growth

  • Support social campaigns for events, launches, promotions, and private bookings
  • Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and provide simple monthly reports to work on improving content on a consistent basis

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years experience managing social media for brands (hospitality experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Instagram short-form video trends
  • Photography or video editing experience
  • Comfortable shooting and editing content
  • Storytelling capabilities, knowing how to translate activations into engaging content
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple brands at once
  • Available for some evenings/weekends for events or content capture

Nice to Have

  • Basic graphic design skills
  • Knowledge of the local food, drink, and events scene
