POSITION OVERVIEW:

Pacific Coast Catering is looking for a reliable, personable, and energetic Delivery Driver / Catering Support to help us create memorable dining experiences for our clients. This is not your average delivery job — you’ll be an important part of our catering operations, from loading and setting up beautiful meal presentations to assisting in the kitchen and keeping our equipment and vehicles in top shape.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver orders safely and on time while representing our company with professionalism.
• Interact with clients and ensure their catering setup exceeds expectations.
• Set up food and beverage displays, including coffee service, hot and cold meals, and event equipment.
• Assist with organizing, staging, and loading catering gear for upcoming events.
• Keep company vehicles clean, fueled, and ready to go.
• Help in the kitchen with light prep, packing orders, and other tasks as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and food handling standards.
• Learn what you don't know and improve what you do!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Legal to work in Canada
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable driving small and large transit vans throughout Metro Vancovuer.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude and great communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right.
• Comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous food service, catering, or hospitality experience is a plus — but we’ll train the right person.
• Flexible schedule — availability on weekdays, with some weekends and overtime as needed
• Strong desire to learn and develop skills and success habits
