Full job description

We are hiring a Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

You will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency , cleanliness , and food quality. This is a fast-paced environment, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, able to follow instructions, and works well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation at all times
  • Follow proper food handling, storage, and labeling procedures
  • Assist with prep work, inventory rotation (FIFO), and restocking
  • Be proactive in restocking, cleaning, and supporting other stations without being asked
  • Support the team during busy hour to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure all food meets quality and safety standards before serving
