Terra Vista Landscape Firm is excited to offer the opportunity for a Landscape Hardscape Crew Member to join our growing team. This position is perfect for individuals who have demonstrated experience in landscape construction, hardscape and/or masonry to work alongside a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in assisting construction of beautiful, functional landscapes while ensuring high-quality work and safety standards are met.

As a Landscape Construction Crew Member, you'll be provided with all the support you need to develop in your role, while contributing to the success of our projects and team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hardscape related installations related to landscaping such as installing interlocking and natural stone
  • Operate various small and heavy equipment
  • Work alongside a hardscape landscape crew, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in line with project specifications and designs
  • Communicate and execute daily production goals with crew, supervisors, and clients
  • Maintain and monitor tools, equipment, and machinery for proper functioning
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe job site, addressing any safety concerns promptly
  • Participate in safety briefings and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
  • Adhere to our priorities of safety, professionalism, and quality within the crew
  • Participate in ongoing safety training and professional development opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 44.0 per week
