Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our location in Vancouver. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest service while upholding the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With a people-first approach to leadership, you will inspire and motivate your team to excel in every aspect of their roles, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • Provide hands-on support to team members, ensuring seamless execution of service standards
  • Uphold brand standards and policies, ensuring consistency and excellence in all aspects of operations
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive sales and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective cost management
  • Cultivate strong relationships with guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience at every visit

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within the restaurant industry
  • Exceptional guest service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Food Handler Certification (preferred)
