Planning and Preparing Nutritious meals and snacks according to the already approved Menu

· Keeping inventory of all food and kitchen supplies

· Purchasing of groceries from planned menus and cleaning supplies within the allocated budget through the provided online ordering platform

· Washing all the children’s dishes and utensils, etc. and maintaining kitchen and easting areas in a sanitary and orderly condition

· Communicate with staff concerning the nutritional needs of the children, special feeding requirements and allergies

· Answering staff telephone and main telephone lines, and recording messages

· Any other housekeeping duties as deemed necessary from time to time

· Ensure requested data and metrics are provided accurately and timely
