We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.   • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project plans and schematics
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project documentation and tracking
  • Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and cost control measures
  • Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring milestones are met on schedule
  • Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members

Requirements

  • Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in construction projects
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
  • Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and heavy civil project management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid
  • Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project management methodologies
  • Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings accurately
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
  • Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction safety standards is highly desirable
