Project Manager

Rescom is a premier commercial construction general contractor and construction manager. Rescom is based in Edmonton, AB and offers employees the opportunity to work in a flexible, team-oriented environment.

Position Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects within the organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for creating and managing project plans, overseeing project activities, coordinating activities with other organizations, and managing change. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating project deliverables, including reports and presentations. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the duration of a project. The Project Manager will also be responsible for creating a project’s scope and working with other team members to develop scopes as needed. The Project Manager will be responsible for working with customers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
·Manage projects from start to finish in a timely manner.
·Work with customers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
·Create and manage project plans.
·Coordinate activities with other organizations (internal and external).
·Create scopes of projects including reports and presentations.
·Create deliverables including reports and presentations.
·Manage change control throughout the duration of projects.
·Report on progress of projects at end of each month or year.
·Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the duration of projects.
·Report on progress of projects at end of each month or year.
·Report on scope of projects.
·Report on progress of projects over the course of a year or more in accordance with company policies and procedures.
·Report on performance against company standards regarding project management practices, change control, risk management, quality control, cost-benefit analysis, documentation, etc..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
